problem with OOT :: Free Realms

every time i log a character in and zone into ocean of tears the game crashes. it's not the character cause if i use the return home button later the character is fine. when it crashes i get a c++ runtime error. i have tried to email technical support for this and have not recieved an email back in 2 weeks. i have updated everything i can possible update and have tried suggestions in the knowledge base. it isn't just one computer either it's 2 of the 3 computers i play everquest on that this is happening to. is there something i'm not trying?

Ocean of Tears had a graphical upgrade some time ago. Try going into options on the login screen and downloading all optional zone files and such. I don't know how it is worded these days but it should be something like that.
