Bought the anniversary edition last week, coming back to EQ after 5 years. There are some good changes and I am still getting used to them. However, the in game atlas that is suppose to be there and that i had when I did the tutorial is not there now. I have the map, but there is not tab for the world atlas. Also, I can't seem to bring up the bandolier. I bought the anniversary edition from the store and friend actually recently paid and downloaded over the interent and he has both the bandolier and the in game atlas. I did a full system scan and nothing changed. Anybody???
The first thing I would try is a 'complete file check'. You get the option just after your log in screen.

SOE offers the anniversary edition as a digital download now. They call it the Everquest Starter Pack.
just get the SoF expansion... it comes with all the rest of em. amazon had it on sale durring xmas.

QFT, do not buy anni or starte pack it will cost more than the discounted SoF at a store, which includes all prior expansions. I recomend jsut buying it online, where you can find it cheap say ammazon maybe?
