Weekend updateFollow

Wow I compleatly forgot about posting a update today. I remembered at lunch time tho so on to our show.....

FRI: Took the Druid to PoS for more AA farming. The Necro was xp grinding in Veks.

SAT: Took the day off to work on other things.

SUN: More of the same on the Druid and Necro. Watched the first 2 episods on Heros. I dont watch TV so it was all new to me. Loved it!

I had two RL first on Thursday. First ambulance ride and first broken leg.
The rest of the weekend passed in and out of pain relief med blur.
I finished up the frostfell stocking quest for beastlord and my new mage. Had to redo two steps for the beastlord as two different times the warder got between me and the Npc. (Yes I could have petitioned but it was quicker to redo.)
Sunday I logged on the enchanter on Emarr and finished up a task. Even sent updated info to site.
Watched some TV. Not a bad weekend for TCM.
Buffed a bit with the cleric. Moved some bank stuff around. Sold some stuff in bazaar.
Today I was in a guild group. My gnome paladin and elf druid and Kajolus with his gnome Sk and elf druid. Quick pulls while burning off LOD. Had to stop when leg acted up.
Tonight just came home from working party on the ship.

I spent the weekend wondering how Jonwin could paid attention to eq, while he was in so much pain. Playing nurse has become old quickly. I stay home, instead of going to ship for party, while he worked. Somehow I think my IBS was related to not wanting to keep an eye on him, to make sure he didn't over do things at work.

It is a lot easier to hear how he fell twice last night, instead of hearing him scream in pain and trying to help him back up.

He went back to the ER, to have swelling in his foot check out.

Well. This is more of a general holiday update. Did the santa stocking quest with a couple characters (the baking was the biggest pain really). Did have a kinda funny story though. I needed fruit for the muffins (which was the last one I was missing). There was only one for sale in the bazaar, and I really wanted four (so I could make enough for the two characters I was doing the quests for). I thought I was going to have some trouble (or have to spend the ridiculous amounts some grinches were charging for those muffins).

Then I remembered vaguely having used forage at some point in the past. But I didn't think I had a character who could forage. Hmmm... Well. I perused the list of characters and realized that I still had a level 12 Iksar shaman that I'd made when Kunark had first come out and probably hadn't logged into since. Well, I could use her to forage, right? Logged in, moved a bunch of windows and keys around (everything was set to a default spot since this character predated the last three UI updates!). Noted that there was indeed a forage button. Went to forage and got nothing... Hmmm... This may take awhile...

Then I looked through her bags to see what she had and lo' there were three fruits sitting there! hah! Santug smiled on me and I got my muffins done. :)

So if you got a Frostfell muffin that tasted a bit "odd" (7 year old fruit?), you know why...


Spent a heck of a lot of time taking advantage of the 25% exp bonus. Most of it soloing in HoH with my paladin (was getting a full yellow of AA per kill). I've maxed out my shield block, and ground out CA 9, 10, 11, and 12. Once I finish CA (13 at my level), I'll hit the double attack, double riposte, some more spell crit stuff, then up to CS13. Then I think I'll be good to resume leveling. Normally, I'd level a bit, but I'm at such a sweet spot for gaining AAs right now, that this seems to be working out better for me. I'm not likely to be able to upgrade any gear for at least 5 more levels, and the mobs will just get relatively tougher and/or less AA per kill. So I'm piling them on and having a pretty good time.

Also purchased a few more gear slot upgrades. Lots of fun!

I completed my Meldraths Mansion key on my rogue and participated in a pickup plane of time raid as an 85/15 piggy backer, but I never got the roll for the time back flag keys that droppped. I also got today's screenshot =)
