Is there any info on what is needed to get these AA's? I searched forums, zones etc...but nothing comes up.

You need to do the Muramite Proving Grounds trials in the Omens of War expansion. Here is a nice guide:

Is it the ones labeld as (RAID) that give you the AA's? Some are labeled as (group)

Group ones do,the raid ones are for CoA.
