Is there an AA for warriors that can be obtained at level 65, that is Similiar to the spirit of rage discipline? like except permanant? For instance say every hit or every other hit you hit your enemys and it filled them with rage?
No. There is nothing like that.
There are, however, many AAs that will help you generate aggro without being "hate effects".
If you have a weapon with a CS4, CS5, pure hate or a strong stun on it, the Weapon Affinity line may be useful to you. If you primarily dual wield, Ambidexterity will help. But there is no AA that will just GIVE you hate.
Remember, this is EQ, not WOW. We WORK for our stuff here.

Also,there are various higher end focus effects that enhance aggro spells by a %
(like your aggro procs,and discs)
Such as on the epic 1.5,or qvic gloves and it goes on like that.
