How does LoN workFollow

It's pretty much another game, except that the 'cards' are mob droppable and sellable in EQ. Which, personally, I think kinda sucks.

You can acces it in or out of game, from what I've heard. I've only checked it while I was actively playing.

This is what I been wondering:

I know you can buy packs of cards for LoN straight from SoE. Can you then sell those packs in-game for plat, or are store-bought ones not transferrable into the game?

Can you buy cards in-game, for plat, and then sell them for cash to other LoN players...legally?
