Is there a way to calculated or is there a spreadsheet to see what different level npc's will con to different level PC's?
I am especially interested in at which level npc will change from grey to green to a level 80?

60+ should be green, 59 or lower should be grey. It also appeared this way on track in CT. Very few Greens, almost all Grey.
Also referr the other most rescent post about cons, it has a link to an older post with more detailed info, you can extrapolate to 80.
