Are people actually using this hot zone? Does anyone know the name of the new hot zone aug there?

Dropped from "a goblin aggressor" but likely to drop from forest giants also. Since I got 2 of the Silverwing Emblems from golbins and 2 from forest giants.

I went within the week it went hot. I was soloing, there was not a soul to be found, spent about 15 minutes there and left. Seemed like it might be a fun place but not all alone.

Doesn't surprise me that Warsliks is under utilized as a hot zone. Level 35 Hot Zone? How did they come up with that? The posted level here says 5-30.

I took an fairly untwinked alt there (I think alt was lvl 29 at the time) and had a hard time finding anything worth while to kill. Most of the mobs I saw (except for the red Izzie guards and I remember how hard they used to hit) were light blue or less. I cleared the Giants fort a couple times and spent time wandering around the area between the fort and the cave to Dalnir. It was okay, but frustrating not being able to find any dark blues, whites, or yellows and finding too many greys.

I did not check the goblin encampment as all the gobbies I saw while wandering were green or light blue and I did not check the brutes in the caves to Dalnir because I didn't have a root or snare and when those guys run they tend to disappear into the walls and bring back too much help :)

Did I miss anything that makes this zone appropriate to be the Lvl 35 Hot Zone? For comparison, I went to Trakanon's Teeth (lvl 30 Hot Zone, posted level here says 30-50) and got frogged, errr Flogged to death by yellows.

There was a comment by a Dev in the O fourms about this. I dont remember what he said verbatim. But a posted asked if WW was listed as the wrong level hot zone. The Dev's responce saidthat " next patch" the mob levels would be correct for the level of hot zone.

I dont think it went in with the last patch.

Could someone kindly post a link that explains hot zones and augs (augments?)?

I'm looking for info on this, and - oh, Other Guides. I'll check that next. But if anyone knows off hand where a good explanation is, I'd love to read it. Thanks!

(also one on tributes, if it's not too much trouble)

Hot zones: zones with an experience modifier (mobs give more exp than normally)
Augments: little items that can be attached to your equipment to increase its stats

If you decide to hunt the hotzone augs, one tip. Of the three major sets of hotzone augs, the 2nd most recent seem to be the most common, easiest to obtain drops. Followed by the 3rd most recent which can be fairly rare depending on luck, and finally the most recent which are quite rare at the moment, though the devs have mentioned upping the droprate eventually.

Your mileage may vary, but from my time in the 3 sets of hotzones thats what I noticed in my experience with the aug drops.
