Can anyone tell me if the Freeport Militia helms needed for the first turn in are the same as the Damaged Militia Helms you get off of the two guards by the zone into North Ro. The Epic said two Freeprot Militia Helms but the guards drop Damaged Militia Helms. Thak you for your help.

Yes they should be the same. They were when winjon and Jonwin were leveling there and killing guards for faction.
