coming back - problems getting the game to workFollow

Hi, just reactivated an old account. Downloaded for hours - and - finally got the PLAY button ... and nothing happens (save that EQ disappears from my screen and even the task manager).

Have scanned and scanned over at Sony's tech forum - no help so far.

Anyone else hear about this and know of a fix please? Thanks!

(lots of us who are coming back are running into this problem)

Edit - just tried hitting PLAY and again, nothing happened. No error message, nothing. The game just vanished from my screen - and from task manager. Weird.

More edit - we found some posts on the Sony site - people talking about the same problem. A Sony guy wrote a coupld of things to try, like throwing away certain files and restarting to let them be rebuilt. Hoping it will work....

And More Edit - works! Discovered a file is missing - searched and downloaded it - working!
