Want to be sure and have looked at various places, but is it correct that accessing Tacvi requires only following (if you have someone to trigger them)?
- Tipt win
- Ikkinz4 win
- Uqua win
- Inktu'ta win
So one group and 3 raids total?

It's been a while, but I think the steps you listed technically get you Txecvu (sp?) access. You have to defeat an irritating goat critter (not to mention several other events) in Txecvu to get a key to get a Tacvi instance. The goat is probably the toughest encounter in the progression (for my money).

Correct, you also have 3 raid events you need to complete in Txevu to get the one person the ability to create a Tacvi instance. Good idea to have a couple of folks get an Insignia off of the last boss in Txevu, too, so you are looking at spending some time there. And the key comes from one of those two headed mobs. The goat critter is the first of the three events.

Yeah, it's the last boss I was thinking of for the key. He's unpleasant...
