Honestly, before I begin this thread, just gonna state, I'm not looking for the BEST combo, I'm looking for a combo that will keep me entertained, and that will be lots of fun.

It will be said, so I'll say it. What is more fun for you may be different from me; it's subjective.
Anyways, I think that a ranger shaman combination would be more fun because of how the two classes compliment each other. I won't describe how they compliment each other. It should be obvious if you've played for a while.
You may not be able to take on as difficult mobs but, you can pull singles in outdoor zones, snare runners and should have adequate healing in normal xp scenarios.
Even though I think it would be more fun, I play with a warrior setup. I like to take on as much as my level and gear will allow.

I think the smn/rng would be more fun...then again I hate playing a war. Plus SoE beats the crap out of SoW.

I know it's not one of your choices but I loved my Zerker/Shm combo.
Of your choices I would have to say War would be easier/more fun. Trying to bot a Rng/Shm would be too much work, you would have a hard time properly utilizing both classes properly.
If it has to be between Warrior and Ranger, I'd say Warrior is more fun because it is less to manage as far as casting spells and such.
