i made my toon and all and when i try to enter world, it says that the zone is not available and then it says, your customized zone is still loading.

Most of the time when you het that message if you wait about 15 sec it will let you zone in.

If no one is in a instanced zone the system needs to load it before you can get in.

You're clicking 'Enter World'... click 'Enter Tutorial', and you'll go in.

When you first make a character, and go to start the game, the Mines of Gloomingdeep starts with an instanced zone. That is why it says "the zone is not available". As soon as the instance loads, it will put you in it. If you don't go thru the instance, and instead go to your home city, and then want to go back to the tutorial, you go directly to the mines, and skip the instanced part.
