Hello and Good morning. I went to use my special AA of "Blessing of the Devout" or whatever, the double exp one and it was not there. Did anyone else have that issue and does anyone know what that is coming from? Thanks
Yes they are temp. gone, EQ billing somehow again snuffed them out. There will be a few who still have access. This happended back in aug. as well. Wait till after they open for business in about 3 hours 1pm PST. They will correct the error, and your access will be returned.
Look at your time played it should say 0.1 years and that is were the problem is at. Again someone at SOE doesn't do stuff right, or there is a computer problem, and they have not fixed it yet, if ever.

It seems to randomly happen every once in awhile, too. Logging out and then logging back in usually fixes it.

Hummm perhaps that is my problem too!!
I quit EQ for 3 yrs and played other games then came back and love it but...I NEVER closed my account but I only showed 1.5 yrs of play instead of 7 almost 8 yrs on the account. My oldest char was created April 2002 but I had a lizzy guy I played (well my son created him for me then begged me to play and I gave in finally). So my veteran rewards should be like 7 or 8.
I petitioned and out of the goodness of their hearts they have awarded me 3. But I still do not have but 1 one "Lesson".
Can someone explain what the others rewards are?? Are they all "Lesson" rewards but you can pick which chars get them?? Which would mean I would give my "lesson" to my top 3 chars??? OR are they 3 different kinds??

Jarez first off this problem is not a bug. And it happens around the 1st of each month potentially. It happens when billing cycles update, and time played is awarded. I think it's a computer glitch, but not sure.
Second for EACH account you own, you get ONE non-refundable vet AA each year that the account is active and paid for. This time can be bought in the future, like if your on a yearly cycle.
So in the above example for each year you can have a character, on that account get those awards. If you got say 5 years on the account, now 5 characters can have Vet awards.
1. Free double exp
2. Is a jester who tells jokes and casts good/bad spells randomly
3. Is 250 in all stats/resists
4. Is a Free 100% rezz once a week
5. Is Flappy he casts heals and random benifical buffs on you or group.
6.-9 Gotta look them up I don't have them, and cannot at this time remember them.
IMPORTANT: If you transfer a toon to another account that toon gets the vet rewards based on THAT acounts active time. If you delete a character with Vet rewards you LOOSE them. One character per each year played, per account, based on total years played. No refunds.
