Task - Do You Believe - Selendo SkymoorFollow

#1 Sep 29 2007 at 2:45 PM Rating: Decent

Hail,

I picked up a task in Gunthak called "do you believe", simple task 1) explore south of Harbor Town" then "Explore Fort", took about 10 minutes, once completed I get the final instructions to speak to Selendo Skymoor...the problem is there is no Selendo Skymoor anywhere I can find.

The bestiary shows a Baradiella Skymoor and a Waradern Skymoor, spoke to both and they were not related to task, I have checked via druid tracking all the normal zones associtaed with Gunthak tasks, and I have done about 8 of them to date so I am familar with most of the end NPC's to complete the task.

I checked mulitple spelling options and come up empty.

The problem is now I cannot receive any other tasks while I have one active, I cannot delete this 'Do you believe" and basically I am sweet out of luck, this is very frustrating as I enjoy the Tasks Quest based on my play style and time I have to commit.

Has anyone ever heard of Selendo Skymoor or have any other suggestions?

Thanks in advance

Update...

Selendo Skymoor can be found in Stonebrunt right at the exit to the Warrens at Loc Neg 3905, Pos 2801.

During my search for this NPC I came across a post related to having a direction indicator on your compass, since I have only recently come back to the game and have not done many LDoN or other missions this was quite helpful.

A note about the compass point for tasks (not missions), while an indicator will appear if you are in the right zone, this only applies if you are looking for a specific NPC, such as find and speak to Selendo Skymoor and and you are in Stonebrunt, it does not work if your task is to explore the west door in the courtyard of the temple in the south, even if you are in the right zone the indictor does not appear, nor will it appear if you are to explore an NPC's area.

So bottom line is the compass indicator is helpful and will work if you are to interact driectly with an NPC for hand in's or speaking, but will not work for an explore or indirect interaction with a specific NPC or area.

Hope this post helps someone else
