Normally, if you set yourself up in /trader mode in the Bazaar, then go afk for the night, you'll be able to get a good deal of cash. Just look for the lowest priced hides in the bazaar, and undershoot it by a few plat.
You can probably sell them right off to a buyer in the barter hall.

I could sell to a person whos buying HQ cat pelt in buyer mode for 8pp a piece, but cheapest atm per a HQ cat pelt is 50pp in bazaar, i'm willing to sell cheap, but not 8pp cheap.

What NP was saying is, set up your own trader and put them up for 45pp for example. Not just to dump them off on the lowest priced barter toon.
Eh, for an item that even a low level character can get, I'd say post them for ~25p a pop.

Some guy bought 150 HQ cat pelts for 10,000pp in the end. Happy days, glad to of gotten rid of them!
