Hey all!! I'm currently slamming through my Shackle quests and I can't forage this!!! AAAARRRGGGHHH!!!!

If anyone on Stromm can help me out with this I would gratly appreciate it!!!

PST to Juthak. I'm on almost every night 'cept Friday and Saturday (overnight shift at work).

Couldn't forage it...and informed that a 50 skill was inadequate to EVER forage this.

Managed to find in bazaar for @ 150pp..
Got Bronze Shackles and just need 'a Nickel Key" to finish the Steel Shackles.
Do I need to do the dialouge with Rinmark to get the penkeeper to spawn? Been camping this area trying to get him to spawn and he never does.
Gonna do the dialouge and go back and see if he spawns after. If he is up or spawns right away I'm gonna assumed that he is triggered by the chat with Rinmark. I'll post if it works.

Well..I went out to talk to Rinmark.

Went to Dalnir's...and there that darn coerced penkeeper stood.

Hmmmmmm...dont know if the dialogue spawned him, but.../shrugs.

Dropped the nickel key.

Yay Me!!!
