- extra potion belt slots

Hey all, i was wondering if anyone knew what items added the extra slots... i know of the AA that adds one. Ive heard of some from DoDh and Solteris? im not real sure though. Are they belts specifically? Any help is appreciated.
Here are the ones I can find. They all grant one extra slot while worn (when you un-equip them you lose the slot):

hehe good call doors ;-)
Notice they all require you to be over level 60. Why can't there be something for the lower levels? They are the ones that mostly solo so can use them. Upper levels are generally grouped and raiding so have casters to help them out.
