New Cultural QuestsFollow

I've been waiting for the new Cultural Armor Quests to hit (as they did on the 5th) so I can start my level 65+ items. I still have the task from my home-town individual but killing 120 Thundercrest creatures is a bit hard for me (I'm on dial-up so I solo a lot).

The odd thing is, with the old Cultural quests, my quest-giver (Sieva - East Cabilis) wouldn't talk to me (apprehensive) but I was able to get all 4 quests by saying 'Thundercrest' or where ever the quest took place in. With the changes, I'm not sure what is needed to be said to trigger the new quest (as she still won't talk to me)...any suggestions?
