Creating custom macros from action commandsFollow

#1 Jul 03 2007 at 6:31 AM Rating: Decent
Is there a way to place a macro command such as Taunt, Disarm, etc in the custom commands?

For example, I want:

/g Taunting and Disarming %T!
/taunt <---dont know command here
/disarm <---dont know command here

I would appreciate it.

Thanks.

The tradiitonal way to do it is to use the "/doability #" and replace number with the number in the action buttons that you have assigned to that ability. Do not count attack and range attack as buttons and count the rest. Should be able to figure it out through trial and error if unsure which # is to which button, only 10 possible.

Once you assign an ability to a button you can hold down mouse button and creat a hot key button for it. After you make it a hot key, if you change the action button ability the hot key does not change, making me belive their must be a way to macro the ability with out using /doability # but I have not figured that out yet.

On the actions window, select the Abilities tab. Those buttons are number from 1-6 for the /doability command. Now go to the Combat tab. After the first two buttons (Melee attack, Ranged attack), the buttons are numbered 7-10 for the /doability command.

Later on, you may want to put AA hot keys into your macro, and you can do it using /alt activate ###. To find the ### use the /alt list command to display the AAs and corresponding ###s.

Yther Ore.
