Is anyone else getting guilds from other servers coming on to your server boards and trying to recruit?

I don't see anything wrong with it. What are the chances that someone is going to be willing to fork over the fees for moving servers just because someone advertised on a server board? If they are that unhappy with your guild and you lose them to this they were probably not going to be sticking around anyway.

SoE designed the cross-server chat system for a reason. I cannot see where this is any kind of offense. As Rehogan said, the chances someone will actually act on that message is so slim its not enough to even worry with.
Guilds that have been active for 8 years are collapsing left and right. Raiding guilds need people so they will recruit using all means possible.
Quite a few people do pay the fees to transfer so they can be part of actively raiding guilds. I regularly see <name> of Xegony, <name> of Veeshan, etc. on Tunare server.
This is the Everquest of 2007, your guild leaders need to keep people happy because formerly hard-to-get-into guilds are opening their arms and lowering restrictions.

After 16 years, I'm not listing every friggin character.
I'm seeing a lot of downward recruiting instead of cross server. Seems bards are in demand from high end guilds ATM, I get 2-3 tells most every day.
I used to see cross-server recruitment all the time back on Saryrn Tavern and I haven't played on Saryrn in.. umm... three or four years?
