I tried to search forums to no avail but i was wondering how long it took for
toon to get vet flagged after a message came on sayin he was able to be flagged. so i did and nothing happened. So i tried again and a message said he already flagged...??!

I'm assuming you checked the Vet Tab on the AA window and there's nothing there? Cause it was instant for my guy.
ingame type /veteranrewards on the character you want the rewards on. you can have one character with rewards per yr you continuoisly play

There is no veteran tab in the AA window, I have 3 characters flagged so far, so i guess i have a bug or something, but i contacted ingame Gm he said to petition, also i have 4.2 years of account available, but thanks for yer help.
You may have to log completely out of the game then back on for the tab to show up. If that does not work, make certain that you are not using a custom UI.

I'm not sure if it has been explained, but here we go. I understand you have 4+ years and 3 characters flagged. However have you ever had other characters flagged in which you have deleted?
Each year your account is entitled, you get a character credit. This means that you can flag an additional character for veteran rewards. If you decide later to delete that character, the credit has already been used. That does mean, to my knowledge, if you have 1.2 years entitled, and /veteran on a new toon, delete that toon, you cannot claim further veteran rewards until you get your second veteran reward. In such event you will then have an additional character credit.

So far i have done a complete file check, logged off and on few times, also sent a petition about this but havent heard anything as of yet. Oh and i havent deleted any characters with the vet reward, just seems kinda wierd, but you think maybe when the vet reward fiasco last year i got a extra month for inconvenienced by haveing to pay for a regular year then i got reimbersed the difference i dunno but thanks for all the help
You're not playing on the Test Server, are you? They're changing the AA window for the upcoming Expansion (maybe prior with a patch) They're going to consolidate the tabs and just have I believe 4 tabs. The 'Special' tab might hold Veteran Rewards...

That new AA window is supposed to kick in on the next patch.
I have had time issues myself regarding this. My main acct is 7 years old, but I only have been able to assign 5 toons with vet rewards, yet soe told me their records only go back 3 years. Keeping in mind that I advised them that there was a year break due to not having the money avail to play/comp access, that should still have given me 6 vet rewards. Also it had taken a couple of years to update properly regarding this, considering for a year it was saying 3.9 years and then for the better part of a year it was saying 4.7... that was a year ago. Now it's saying 5.3 years...

If you took time off, that's what shot you in the foot. Account has to be active to recieve the time for vet rewards.

well my 2nd petition finally got something done i now have my vet tab and all is well even though it took 4 days thanks to all who tried to help me :)
I recently started playing again, and noticed that it took a bit of time for the veteran awards to "catch up" to where I was (my account was active the whole time. Go figure!). Not sure if that's a bug or not. On the plus side, being able to teleport to the guild lobby kicks absolute butt! ;)
