Leveling 47 mage and 22 necroFollow

I recently came back to Everquest to find my account is active for some odd reason, and is labeled as a "trial account" according to SoE. So, I've been playing my necro and mage, but am a bit stuck. I have no idea where to go to level up, my mage tried twilight sea (I think?) and burning woods, but the adds just absolutely destroy me. My necro is doing palu, echo, and marus seru... But palu is drying up, and echo/marus adds annoy me... I can handle them, but the resists on rockhoppers and the insane number of adds (Both areas) I get is just too much.

So where can I go, with either or both, to get half decent experience with little to no adds? I would really love to find a place for my necro, 22 through ~40, that isn't that active, and will allow me to (fear) kite 4-5 mobs at a time.

Mage has 3k mana, and necro has 1.7k mana + zland heart.



Note: I do not have the last two expansions.

Necro might be a bit low for Iceclad. At that level mine was hunting in Warslik's Woods at the giant fort, I believe...or possibly near the Mud Pit in the Overthere. Once you get closer to 24/25, head back to Marus Seru and pull mobs into the entry building from Netherbian. OR...you could even fight things in Netherbian if you're careful. Might be able to find a group there to work with as well.

The best place still sadly at 22 for necro is PC own a bandit camp and enjoy til 24-25, then go to Mars Seru, or can just go there if PC too crowded. Can hang in Mars Seru until about 28-30 then time to move. As far as Iceclad didnt have hotzones when I was leveling up but you should be fine in Iceclad on cougars at 22 just be careful and dont try and take more then 1 or 2 at a time. For the mage, hmmmm up near the Undead Ghoul Lord in Lguk maybe, or crystal caverns if not to crowded, can probably make some nice cash exp off doing the geonids there am not sure if CC still a hotzone if not can always go to dulak and take on a boat.

As for not having the current 2 expansions you can catch up to all of them with the anneversary edition at 20 bucks. I bought mine here
