I need to get an Invis. item for my monk, does anybody know the name of and item for invis other than potions?

You should look into the Gnomish Vanishing devices. Tinkered and likely for sale in the bazaar.

The insta cast potions are cheap though and you won't use that many.

Since you only need invis out of combat, the stats should not matter, try the Mask of Espionage
