I grant your point 100% Elinda. On the subject, of AA storage that is correct. After that point, like a lot of threads we all starting branching off. But not on the (he is full of it part), He isn't, and he explained that quite well.

Perhaps I got lucky. When I started playing, my odd work hours and home life made raiding an impossibility for me. I did however stop at 55 to get run 3 and then when I reached the "sweet spot" of 62, farmed quite a few AA's. Hell, I needed 45 AA's just to be desirable for groups. Yes, I'm a ranger.

It took me 2 years to get to 65 and I wouldn't change a thing. Every morning when I got home from work, I would practice my spell schools and made sure I had all my skills max'd for the level I was. I explored Norrath. I did things with my friends that we shouldn't have been able to do.

When I hit the level cap, I had a very long time where I just farmed AA's. Now I have 1100+ with 20 banked. I am level 75 and have been raiding for a while now with a very good guild. I have been to the Plane of Time, somewhere I thought I would never see.

I only bank 30 AA's just before an expansion is about to come out that is introducing new AA's.

EQ was never a numbers game for me. It IS a FUN game for me. So, yes if you have 31 AA's and zone, when you come out on the other side, you will have 30.

See ya in Norrath.

Healer;
I am sorry, but I do not see ( after reading his post AGAIN ) where he is anything but arrogant. What most people here are saying is that you should play it the way you want to play it, but he is saying that , no, his is the only way as it is the only way to be "social". His second post says that people are thinking incorrectly,even while trying to say "play it your way," although he says that that is the wrong way to play.And that is crap.

My 57 cleric finds more groups than my gimp 66 cleric ( although that HOT is sweet)( mostly for 2 boxing Smiley: grin ) and AA's do matter, and they do make you a more effective player than someone without them. My experience has been that people just dont get passed over (except for high level raiding), and most of the time all my charecters ( as low as level 12 ) find groups and fun. But if you want to get to 75 and not have any AA's, and are having fun and finding groups ( or soloing, if that is what you like ) than that is great.

I am not trying to flame you, I just dont see where his post has any merit beyond the arrogance.
