TSS Charm Aug :: Free Realms

According to my character log I have completed a number of stageson the TSS charm aug, belive im at stage 8:West of the Mesa, however the augment has disappeared from my inventory. I have tried to petition in game but have not had a response, any suggestions if it is possible to get the aug back, or restart the quest greatly received.

Have you tried hailing the quest NPC?

I know for a fact you are able to destroy the Serpent Seeker's Charm of Lore at any time and simply get a new one by haling the NPC.

I have never tried it with the Wanderlust Guild Lodestone but if your augment is missing there's no harm in trying a simple hail.

Definitely not used the item, have slipgear on my charm(TSS charm) atm as its better than the stats on the TSS charm aug atm.. Did try a hail to see if that would work at the end of the previous charm mini quest, but just offered me the next in the series. Have petitioned it but still no reply.
