I can't seem to find my level 23 pet buff spell, my 24 pet spell and 26 pet heal spell, anyone know where i can get htem?

2 of those 3 spells are quested in Cabilis or can be researched too. The 3rd spell is research only.

Some of the researchable spells are also available off vendors in Abysmal Sea. Not sure if these are, off the top of my head. My necro bought his 24 pet spell in the Bazaar (way back in the day).
Regarding Intensify Death
Here's the quest for the 23rd level pet buff:
However, it appears that you may have to be an iksar necro or have good faction with the Brood of Kotizto to get the quest.
It's also researchable (Words of Absorption, Words of Recluse, Words of the Sentient (Beza), trivial 62)
Regarding Haunting Corpse:
It appears that it is researched: Words of Allure, Words of Detachment, Words of Possession. Trivial is 61, which you should be able to accomplish. Otherwise vendor dive for the spell (or components) or try the bazaar.
Regarding Renew Bones:
It is a quest or researchable (Words of Acquisition (Azia), Words of Purification, Words of the Incorporeal, trivial of 95).
