HI all
I am asking about spells from 65 to 70 for Cleric Necro SK ETC.
I Know the ones to 69 are questable with spell runes which are available from the BAZ but the LVL 70 spells runes are not so if they are makeable where can i get a list?
Is there and other places I can get the runes from apart form OOW zone?
I have seen some of the cleric spells being sold for 250000pp which is silly money.
If you can advise me what and where and how I can get these spells it would really help me out

There are really only 2 (and a half) options open for you: Get the spells by turning in the appropriate Runes, or get them through Research (your own, or others'). The half option is that if you level to 75, you can buy all the 71-75 TSS spells for about 25k or so, and many of them are improvements on your 69 and 70 spells, so you can just bypass them.
This does not, of course, relieve you of having to do the stupid DoDh-missions (alhtough the xp and the gear you win is actually ok), or the horrible faction work (which is utterly exasperating, because you have to do the tasks over and over and over and OVER) in Katta to win the right to purchase your TBS spells (and then you have to get the 'Orum' to purchase them WITH).
There are also a few spells you can only get in through DoN progression, but that isn't nearly as difficult as DoDh or as repetitive as Katta.

Level 70 spells are crafted by int casters in a spell research kit with "Sooty fine runic vellum" spell scrolls. They are trivial at 400 so the failure rate on the combine is high. There are different level spell scrolls for the different level spells. My enchanter at skill 260 fails 90% of the time with level 68 spells but level 66 spells he hits 90% of the time.
