epic 1.0 question?Follow

I don't think there is a level cap for the start, but there is one before the end i do believe...

First, I would download an walk-thru or checklist for the epic 1.0. Take that checklist/walk-thru and come back to Allakhazam and start researching the mobs that need to be killed for thier drops.

There are many lower level mobs that if you have to camp them for a while, you might as well get some exp for killing them and place holders. Target collecting the items in that level range. For example, collecting the drops from Skyfire is decent exp in the level 50-55 range. Doing that same camp at level 70 sucks since you don't get any exp.

I *think* the actual quest giver won't talk to you until you are level 46.

Beast Epic 1.0 giver (what's his name again?) won't talk to you if you're below lvl 51...

51 for most of the epics. That's not to say that you cannot start the epic well before that... epics are meant to be worked upon over a long duration of time and many levels (at least a few of the epics start at much lower levels, and of course end at 51+).
