- Demo Characters to Live server?
Demo Characters to Live server?Follow
I have two characters on the demo server, and I want to move at least one to the live servers, and I remember reading that, that shouldn't be a problem, because who wants to come to a live server bare, when they spent time on the demo server. Could anyone help?

No clue about moving toons.. but your max toon is lvl 12, save yourself some cash or bother and just re-roll on new server. A day in glooming deep and you will be caught up.
I had thought I seen somewhere that it was either impossible or not simple at the least...but i'm only speculating here...
Well a friend of mine who I played with on the Demo, was able to transfer it using a /transfer command. But I'll have to mess with it. At level 12, it took me too long to restart it, and I don't have the time right now to mess and get her back to speed. I think I spent about a good 10 hours to get her the gear she has now, and the spells and PP as well.

I visited the online chat with the SoE customer service rep to get an answer but boss came along and had to minimize it and the rep disconnected me.
The rep told me no, but my friend has her toon transfered to the live server. Not paying anything.

After 16 years, I'm not listing every friggin character.
Also, never heard of a /transfer command. Are you trying to get -that- to work, or are you using /movelog? /movelog is the command they had us use when they merged the servers wayyyyyy back pre-OoW.
A friend told me, it was /transfer but wasn't 100% sure. Tried movelog and it worked perfectly thank you.
