EB Games is the only place I can find selling it, but it says it's back-ordered. SoE's site doesn't mention it at all.

Was in best buy yesterday and there it was sitting on the shelf. Didnt buy it yet may get it tonight.
Just got my offical call tonight that I should be able to pick up the game tomorrow afternoon. I'm going to see if they have it before 12:30, because I have class at that time, and I can pick it up on my way to my community college.

I spoke to Station's support yesterday and they told me that they don't know when or if they will make this for Digital Download in the Station Store.
I'm planning to come back to EQ on May 1st, since I'll have the money then. But I'm worried that it'll still be listed as Coming Soon! in the Station Store.
If so, then I'll probley be forced to buy it at Amazon.com. If they are selling it that is.
EDIT: Amazon.com does have it on sale, in a way. Basically the "sister stores" that they support have 5 copies of it. Planning to get 2 of them for my 2 accounts.
The main store shows they don't got it in stock yet. But to go on and "pre-order" it and they will ship it when it arrives.

Anyone can d/l the full up to date version of EQ with all expansions onto their computer with the patcher they can get from the SOE website, they do not even need an account. They would be able to do much w/o the account, but they could do it. So if you are waiting to find the compilation pack in the stores you could be d/l the files already and then when you get the compliation pack, just need to enter the activation key and you will be able to play right away.
