Just digged up the link to lavanet about different guild's progression through expansions, and it seems to be up to date:

Township Rebellion on Luclin and Triality on Maelin are racing for TBS completion!

Also found out that Assent on Maelin has left for WoW... makes me kind of sad seeing top guilds leave EQ.
