I got my first TBS spell by getting enough points and faction to buy Umbra Rk.II. Although I am lvl 75, I cannot mem the spell. Do you have to get the first lvl spells before RK II spells can be memmed?
No. I think you might have bought a spell for a wrong class, perhaps? If not, I'd /bug it and maybe also /petition.
