Tech problem?Follow

Hi all,
I was trying to log into everquest and I get a failed to connect when I click on the executable file on my desktop, the error window said to check network connections and try again or go to www. station.sony.com/kb I checked to make sure that I was connected to the net, reconnected just to make sure, and then proceeded to try the url provided. I cannot seem to get to any of the sony sites, and was wondering if anyone had a suggestion?
