Today when I got home from work, I wanted to see if they took away the stick figure characters. So after dowloading the dll file I logged onto my account, sure enough the dayglow stick figures were fixed. Upon closer inspection I noticed that I only had 8 character slots instead of 10. I have been paying for the station access pass since september of last year so I could have the 2 extra slots only to find them gone along with one of my toons, thankfully I only used one of the slots but still, to lose the slots and toon was upsetting to say the least.
Needless to say I contacted tech support and they confirmed that indeed I was paying for station access and that it will have to be escalated to a senior tech to fix it. This also happened to my girlfriend who had her main toon taken when they removed the extra slots. After finishing up with tech support, I decided to log into my account at Sony to make sure everything was in order to find that my email address had been changed from anemail address to a series of numbers.. Man, sony really needs to get their act together.
