An ironic problem: Tech supportFollow

Hello, thanks for taking the time to read my problem.

Well i have an error that makes me crash in new zones (or zones that have been redone) But thats not my main problem.

What my problem is, is that i cant get into tech, it makes me log in then brings into a validate Email page, after that, it does nothing, and i never get emails. My Email address is typed in correctly.
