I think there needs to be a Premium Service help file or something.. When I try to navigate around the menus it gets pretty confusing.
My question is: How do you view an uploaded characters bank? (I use the item collector, and it shows all of the bank uploaded.. I just cant find it on the website!)
Another question if anyone knows.. How do you take down an item that you have for sale? I can find the wishlist editor, but not any kind of "items for sale" editor.

As for the bank, I don't think that there is a possibility to view your items here in your profile (although I wish it would be possible).
The items for sale can be removed by following the path
--> Your Characters
--> "Character Name"
--> Tools
You get a list of the items for sale and the option to remove it.

I think it would be stupid to have the item collector go through the trouble of seeing your bank to not upload it. :(
Under the options you listed it shows items you have added to your wishlist and the option to remove them but not items I had listed for sale YEARS ago.
