Hey long time retired EQ player. Has the population dropped enough for me to move my toon from FV? If not I’ll check back in a year.
No transferring off of FV, yet. I doubt there ever will be, but you never know.
Just start a new one on a regular, leveling is a lot faster at lower levels now and you will catch up to you FV toons level in no time.

Leveling new toons = easy, gearing new toons to a state that they were on a server where only epics and very select quest weapons were no drop = not possible without a solid raiding guild and a years worth of time.

Definitely true for a toon on FV now, however he has been retired a long time on FV and I would hazard to guess that the level of his gear on his older retired toon could be met in a lot quicker amount of time.
