Last year there was the Festive Doll and a few stat foods.

I was wondering if anyone had spotted such items this year, and if so, where are they located ?

This is something other than the anniversary scavenger hunt ?

I have my toon merchant up, and would have to logout and reboot, before I talked to the quest givers.

Ah, the Nexus merchant, in the Nexus off the Bazaar, has the festive dolls and stat food/drink.

festive doll and free food are in Thurgardin, Nexus, and OT. I have personally seen the last two.
