Faction & OoW Tier 1Follow

Hi

I have 3 of the nodrop quest items for OoW tier 1 armor and am currently trying to get to the warmly faction needed. I came back after a year away and was dubious, after a month of soloing in DS and the occasional MPG/WoS xp group, I made it to apprehensive. After some more soloing and an MPG group that had 118 loyalist faction hits I made it far into indifferently. After 31 kills in DS I made it to amiable.

2 Questions:

1) What is the breakdown of the # of faction hits for each faction to go from max-kos to max ally

2) Are MPG mobs or more difficult mobs than DS ones worth more faction hits?

Thanks

While I'm not particularly sure of the numbers which take you to the different tiers of faction, I do know that it is in the thousands of faction hits (ie. +-4k to 5k).

I don't think so. I have characters up to ally and I have fought in numerous oow zones. As far as I understand it, unless you are killing a high level named mob, the faction hit will be the same. As such, you might as well do some mass slaughtering in DS. The quests for faction give you more significant hits, but the accessibility to those quest pieces makes doing the quests not worth while since you can easily kill DS kyvs, nocs, and ukuns in a similar amount of time.

man i remember this and i agree go to DS and kill everything. I remember getting a group and standing in the archeway just before the hall to the BF zoneline, because the mobs there are a higher level and the crowd control there is pretty easy with a lot of mobs to kill. If you can go to MPG or RS because you'll get bigger faction hits there and the named have some nice drops.

here's a faction graph =-)

Ally = +4 1450 to 2500
Warmly = +3 1100 to 1450
Kindly = +2 750 to 1100
Amiable = +1 150 to 750
Indifferent = 0 0 to 150
Apprehensive = -1 0 to -150
Dubious = -2 -150 to -750
Threateningly = -3 -750 to -1100
Ready to Attack = -4 -1100 to -2500
