reset size failureFollow

I usually 2-box and while 2 boxing i have the EQ applications in windowed mode, however after an hour or so a pop up message comes up saying 'Reset size failure' and closes both EQ windows. Anyone have any idea how to solve this problem?

I have better performance boxing in full screen mode, but there is some degree of comfort having both instances of EQ visible on my program bar.

Odd that it should run ok for an hour.

Have you tried posting this at the official EQ tech forum?

I think it would be very hard to box in full screen mode as EQ locks your computer into one instance of EQ and alt tabbing makes it go into windowed mode (vastly slowing down switching) then going back into full screen mode would again make your computer resize EQ and lock it back into one instance. OP - is this an once every 3 month problem, or continual? I've had EQ do this to me a time or two, but it's never been consistent, or even frequent enough for me to bother with looking for a fix.
Edit -- misread a post.

I don't box very often, but unless I'm doing other stuff in windows I switch to full screen mode as performance is just all around better.

I checked just now to see the timing difference between alt-tabbing in full screen or in windows. There was a bit more delay in full screen, with a flash through the windows...but it was pretty negligible. None the less good to know.

Lol, I alt-tab in full-screen mode between games on occasion.

Unfortunetly haven't a clue about the OP's issue...never have gotten that message.
