I haven't played this game in a very long time and I am considering a comeback. The last time I played the Lizard People were very new.

It is my understanding that the game has changed very significantly and the population is very low. I would like to know what server I should join that has the largest population of lower level players, or people in general, should I decide to start playing again.
Also, would it be incredibly easy to get stuff because of the low number of people or very difficult?

Stromm, and the progression servers would be a start, and you missed out on what 12 expansions? Those "lizard" people are Iksar. I would recommend reading up on the forums to explain what you missed because there is so much missed.
