okay, dumb question here.. have noticed lately that peeps say PWN someting... at first i thought was a typo for OWN, but have seen it too many times for it to be that... can you please tell me what pwn means? thank you

heh, pwn started from players trying to type owned so fast that they would mistype "pwn" a lot and it just caught on as the "leet" thing to say on purpose instead of by mistake.

pwn, own, pwned, owned, they all mean the same thing :-)

thank you.. was really bugging me lol... only on EQ will spelling things incorrectly be the IN thing to do... gosh i love this game :)

It was only a joke.. i didnt mean it derogatorily.. sheesh lol.. been playing 7 years.. if i thought eq population was substandard, i wouldnt have played so long.
