Why so litle Hotzones? One zone for each level becomes a hotzone and then the zone gets overcrowded.There are so many zones that hardly anyone steps a foot in anymore .Why not make 3 -4 hotzones per level to thin out the overcrowding in one area.Go to Plane of Justice or Nightmare and you'll be the only one in zone 90% of the time(just 1 example).
