Allow access to all zonesFollow

Especially LDoN zones. Most of the PoP are too high for the casual player anyway so allowing access would not change much of anything other than allowing "pickup raids" and you know what would happen then.

LDon zones are different as they are required for certain spells. Noone does them anymore (much) which makes it near impossible for newer players to even get the spells
