Leadership aa -- how's it work?Follow

1> You have to have 3 people in the group. Do they all have to be in the zone, or if some are back in the GL, do you still get leadership aa?

2> It assigns a % of the exp earned... If some is aa and some is reg. does that change the % that is going to leadership aa (as compared, for example to 100% reg exp.)

3> You can't earn exp as a junior player, playing with a much more experienced toon. Do you still get leadership aa, tho? And what if the senior toon is the leader, does HE get the leadership aa, even tho only (for example) 2 toons are earning xp ??

4> Does shrouding have any effect on ability to earn leadership aa?

Does anybody know?

To my knowledge and what I have seen with it, you have to be in the same zone and have at least 3 people in group. They all have to get xp for you to gain leadership xp. There is a flat 20% taking from any xp you earn that goes toward leadership aa. I have no idea about shrouding, I haven't tried it while being shrouded.

They have to be in teh zone for you to get the exp. they do not have to be in the zone for you to get the benefits of your ldr exp.

to my knowledge, The % for glaa comes off before the aa/level exp split... so if you killed a mob that gave 100 experience, 20 of that would go to GLAA, and then the remaining 80 would be split at whatever percentage you have setup for xp/aa split.

Also, the best method for "farming" glaa is to take a group to a location that provides very fast light blue or blue kills. doing yellow and reds, while it may provide a better yield for regular exp, it will not advance glaa nearly as fast as rapid slaughtering of a light blue or nearly light blue zone.

My favorite for this is LDONS, they're trivially fast now for most people, and it provides very nice glaa. You may also have good luck finding people wanting a few runs to finish off that old charm aug that many still have.

You need at least 3 in zone AND they all have to be in range to get xp for the leader xp to register.

You only need 3 in group to be able to use leader benefits BUT one person can drop and you may still have the Assist Circle active.

It takes 20% off the top of whatever xp you are earning.

If you are not getting xp you will not get leader xp.

Shrouds do not earn leader xp but leader benefits work while shrouded.

Seems REAL slow to gain group leader xp. The best group leader xp I have seen is if you are a group leader in a large raid.
