Best AA grinding area in TSSFollow

What do you guys think if thehre was no concern with equipment and you had a solid group, what area would you grind AAs in?

You really need to define what your "solid group" is. For example, levels, stats, classes, aas etc. Second, there must be some concern for equipment. I think you are saying that your group has decent gear and it is well rounded. I will venture a guess that you are higher level so I suggest spiders in VH. Higher level you could go to FC or AG. Lower you could camp many places in Icefall (anywhere you can find mobs in fact). Lower than that you could do Gnolls or Giants in the Steppes. TSS is one of those neat expansions where you can get decent group exp in just about any zone.
