selling in the bazaarFollow

I hope this isn't a dumb question but I've been away from the game for about 18 months.
Can you sell items thru the bazaar offline?
In other words, do you still need to have a character logged in and in the bazaar in trader mode to sell items?
Obviously I'd rather be playing than have a character logged in just to be selling. And I'd rather not have my PC powered up all day running while I'm at work just to unload my unused items that I wish to sell.

Any info would be appreciated. -thanks!
