Today on EQ I found my 7+ year account has no more Vet AAs, where they were are the "not usable" buttons, however my new accounts have their first year. My middle children accounts are half and half for them. /bugged it, keep your eyes on your lesson and bug as required.
FYI, was able to use LoD about 2 hours ago.
Edit: that was two accounts, one 4 years and the other 2.

Reading on SOE forums and apparently vet rewards (and your time /played) are now stored on the always flakey universal chat service that is down as often as not. Hell of a reward for people who have played 7 years. On that note, I absolutely HATE the UCS. It keeps your ignore and friends list, if it's down when you log in then both lists show up blank. Why keep things that players like to have (friends, vet rewards) on something that everyone I know hates (general chat) and SOE can't stabalize any more than their customer exodus level?
I had the same thing happen, and when I logged out then logged in again they were there. It has happened a couple of times, and each time loggin has fixed it.

Your friend / ignore list is not stored on any server its stored on your computer. If your lists blank when you login your files are borked. Its a bug relogging dont chabge SOE's servers one bit.

You are 100% incorrect. I just got my wife a new computer and while setting up her new computer she went to do her friends list and found it was already there. She had not transferred any files from her old computer to her new one, she was doing it the hard way. Also I know for a fact at least 3 times I have logged in to have no friends list with a notification the USC is down and when it came back up I had my list full again. This information USED to be stored on your computer but I can assure you without any doubt that it is now stored on EQ's crappy chat server.
Same here, /who all friends does not work when the universal chat service is down... but the vet rewards too?? Who had this brilliant idea?
I've had this problem, i found that logging out and back in solved it, like previously stated
like the OP said, just log out and back in, my vet tab crashes all the time and that fixes it for me
