New Quest or event?Follow

In Pok close to the MB is a new NPC a Emmisary Kiara or something similar, so far found also new mobs in BBM, Steamfont and FoB (agitated skeletons and dusty mummies)

Anyone got more info?

I have also found dusty mummies and agitated skeletons in Crescent Reach, around the undead near the Gnolls. Can't remember what the dusty mummies conned, but the agitated skeletons were indifferent to my necro. Dropped a rusty ******* sword when killed, then immediately spawned another skeleton that didn't aggro. Dunno what they're for though...
